By purchasing our custom travel itinerary service, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our service provides personalized, day-by-day travel itineraries for European destinations, including accommodations, dining recommendations, activities, transport tips, and interactive maps.
2. Service Delivery
Timeline
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days from form submission
- Rush Orders: May be available upon request for additional fee
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
Delivery Method
- Itineraries are delivered digitally via email
- Interactive maps and additional resources provided as specified
- No physical materials are shipped
3. What’s Included
Your custom itinerary package includes:
- Day-by-day detailed itinerary

- One (1) free revision for the starter package within 14 days of delivery
- Two (2) free revisions for the explorer package within 14 days of delivery
- Three (3) free revisions for the custom package within 14 days of delivery
4. What’s NOT Included
Our service does NOT include:
- Actual bookings or reservations
- Travel insurance
- Visa or passport assistance
- Real-time travel updates or support during your trip
- Refunds for changes in your travel plans
- Liability for closed venues, changed prices, or unavailable services
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in the intake form
- Respond to clarifying questions within 48 hours
- Review delivered itinerary within 14 days
- Make any revision requests within 14 days of delivery
6. Revisions & Changes
Free Revisions Policy
- Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Revisions delivered within 3-5 business days
- Additional revisions available for $20
Scope of Revisions
Free revisions include:
- Adjusting recommendations within the same destination
- Changing activity types or dining preferences
- Modifying daily schedules
Revisions do NOT include:
- Complete destination changes
- Extending trip duration significantly (more than 3 days)
- Adding new cities not in original request
7. Refund Policy
Full Refund (100%)
- Service not delivered within 10 business days
- We are unable to create an itinerary for your specified destination
Partial Refund (50%)
- You cancel within 24 hours of purchase (before we begin work)
No Refund
- After itinerary delivery
- Changes in your personal travel plans
- Dissatisfaction with destination recommendations
- External factors (weather, closures, political situations)
8. Intellectual Property
- All itineraries remain our intellectual property
- You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use
- Reselling or redistributing itineraries is prohibited
- You may share recommendations with your travel companions
9. Liability & Disclaimers
Limited Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
- We are not responsible for changes in venue hours, prices, or availability
- Travel recommendations are suggestions based on research at time of creation
Travel Disclaimer
- You travel at your own risk
- We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance
- Check current travel advisories and requirements
- Verify all information before making bookings
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Technical failures beyond our control
